Utah based Paramed Systems, a medical equipment company, shares their experience of working with Pilkington.
We offer aluminum anodizing, both standard and hardcoat. Select from bright-dip, matte, and satin finishes in a rainbow of colors. Pilkington recently earned the prestigious NADCAP certification, necessary for aircraft component anodizing. We also offer certified mil-standard anodizing.
We're pleased to offer powder coating services combined with the very best pretreatment systems available. Pilkington is a certified powder coat applicator as designated by Akzo Nobel, Tiger Drylac, Spraylat, and TCI corporations. We offer the finest architectural powder coatings with up to 15 year warranties.
We use the finest materials and quality equipment for our precision liquid coating process, also referred to as "solvent-based coatings". This finish can be applied to a number of different substrates. We service military, commercial, and aerospace industries. See our list of Specifications for Solvent-Based Coatings.
Our screen printing process allows for durable and intricate captions or graphics to be added to your part. Using specialty ink, screen printing can be done on a wide variety of substrates. We also offer intricate vinyl sticker application, perfect for signage. Have Pilkington add writing and graphics to enhance your product.
Each piece undergoes a pretreatment process using a series of up to 12 tanks, each containing a different chemical solution in which the metal is completly immersed. To ensure consistant high quality, we carefully monitor and control the process. You will find that the attention we give to process control sets us apart from other metal finishers.
To further enhance quality, Pilkington maintains an ISO 9000- approved manufacturing database that electronically tracks and documents the exact process used for every single part. And because our technicians are all trained in duplicating these processes, the results of your first production run can be replicated in future runs - giving you the same high quality finish, time after time.
