Q. What are your regular business hours?

A. Although our employees are hard at work around the clock, our office hours are:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm MST.
For delivery and pickup, we ask that you arrive within our office hours.

Q. How do you price?

A. In order to correctly price your custom finish we do a thorough estimation of our labor, overhead and materials cost. Due to the custom nature of the quoting process, we are not able to supply a standard pricing list. To get a quote, please visit ourGet a Quote page.

Q. Why do you ask for a sketch or blueprint of my product?

A. We use drawings and blueprints extensively in our quoting process. Some customers prefer to bring their actual part to our building. Giving us a print or copy of your product helps us to estimate how to best apply and price your desired finish.

Q. How big of a part can you finish?

Q. Do you do Plating or Polishing?

A. We specialize in Anodizing, Powder Coating, Precision Liquid Coatings, and Graphics Application. We do not do Plating or Polishing. Please visit our "List of Services" page to see what we offer.

Q. What is your turnaround time? How long will it take to finish my product?

A. We are known for having a rapid turnaround rate. Typically, we can have your product ready within 1 to 7 days. At the time we receive your parts, ready to be finished, we give you a "projected delivery date". At Pilkington, we are proud to maintain a 95% delivery on time rate.
